About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Core Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts
Generate leads using prospecting tools and outreach strategies
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet performance goals
Identify and maximize the potential of assigned accounts
Engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Represent RLS at trade shows and industry conferences

Reports to: Operations Manager, Freight Brokerage

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Base + commission
Work Location: In person
Work Environment: Office setting; fast-paced, challenging, and supportive
