The Role

As an Claims Coordinator – Freight Consolidation, you will be responsible for managing the full freight claims process and supporting customer satisfaction through accurate reporting and resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the entire freight claims process

• Complete all required reporting forms

• Process all claims for and against RLS

• Compile and report claim status updates

• Manage all returns to the cross-dock facility

• Coordinate customer dispositions of OS&D product, including trans-shippers and returns

• Ensure total customer satisfaction

• Maintain knowledge of claims rules and regulations

• Meet performance metrics as outlined by management

• Perform other duties as assigned—teamwork is essential to getting the job done

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: Not required

• Licenses/Certifications: None required

• Travel: None
