The Role
The Weekend Customer Service Representative, Cold Storage carries out all customer service activities, including processing paperwork to maintain accurate inventory, generating required documentation for customer work orders, setting appointments for incoming and outgoing activity, maintaining accurate procedures for all accounts, answering phones and emails, checking in/out drivers, and corresponding effectively with customers. Coverage at offsite locations may occasionally be required.

- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders promptly, courteously, and effectively
- Handle phone and email communication
- Greet visitors and assist with scheduling
- Check in/out drivers as needed
- Provide coverage in the absence of coworkers
- Help maintain the driver waiting area/lobby
- Perform clerical duties as required
- All other duties as assigned by management
What You Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience & Skills
- General office skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with software and personal computers
- Willingness to participate in company training programs
Physical Requirements
- Light lifting (under 20 lbs)
- Ability to stand 2–4 hours
- Minimal freezer exposure (as needed)
- Standard office noise environment; accurate vision for computer work

Schedule & Compensation
- Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Although these are the estimated range of hours, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed.
