Core Responsibilities
Forklift Operators are a key component of our customers’ experience and ensure products are safely and accurately received, picked, and relocated so they can be shipped properly while following company SOPs.
Receive, pick, and relocate product accurately
Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
Follow company safety policies at all times
Ship and receive products under FSMA guidelines and RLS SOPs
Gain knowledge of the company’s WMS and RF systems
Support the Warehouse Supervisor in training and developing warehouse team members
Meet predetermined performance metrics as outlined by the Warehouse Manager
Day in the Life
Responsible for freight receipt and shipping accuracy
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Work in a cold storage environment ranging from 0–36 degrees

Schedule
Monday: 12:00 PM – Finish (estimated 8:00 PM)
Thursday: 2:00 PM – Close (estimated 12:00 AM)
Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Off days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
